Salon POLICY

We welcome you to the Lash and Beauty Collective,

Our salon policy:

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out any necessary paperwork for your treatment. )
If you are late to your appointment, your treatment time will not extend and you will be charged full amount for the service that you were originally booked in for at the original time.
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.service)
Not happy with your service? We will happily help with any issue within 5 days of your service date.
After the 5 days, we are unable to honor any extra services. Refunds are not available, adjustments can be made within 5 days of your service
